Cards & Gifts

The beautiful cards keep coming in and they are all wonderful. I just had to show you how talented my sweet friends are. Each card is is so much prettier in person, I wish they showed the sparkle and dimension in the pictures. Thank you all for the beautiful cards. Sam made the 1st card. She knows me too well..the envelope was fabric with little gingerbread people on it too....adorable.

Carolyn's card is one I would have cased for our stamp group.....guess since she stamps with me I can't though.

Laura who went back to work and isn't able to stamp with us much anymore made this 1st snowflake card and Marie who does stamp with us had close to the same idea as Laura, both great cards.

Cathy sent this one....I am going to have to get hold of her for this one. It is simple but stunning.
Thank you all for the lovely cards.

I made this little purse with the cricut for my DGD. It has goodies inside and she loves purses & shoes so just right for her!

Laura showed us how to make these bells with a 6x6 piece of paper that you fold to form a bell. I took it one step further to make it into a little Christmas tree with Martha's branch punch.

Wednesday, JoAnne came up with this adorable card with Santa's suit. The white had flock & dazzling diamonds on it with thick gold embossing powder for the outline. We made a wire hanger for his coat. Thanks JoAnne.

Carolyn came up with this card last week & I lost it in my stamp room(What a mess it was & still is) The trees are embossed and the middle tree is cut out & popped up. We backed it on gold metallic paper which made it pop. So much prettier IRL.

Thus was our impromptu card on Wednesday, it was fun to just go crazy with out any guidance. I wish I would have backed each tree in solid CS but hind sight is 20/20.

This is a side view of the trifold cricut box I made into Santa boxes for my DGSon's. They each hold a little treat and were so much fun to make & easy too. I used the paisley nestabilities for the hat, the snowflakes that make up his beard & the fur on the hat were made using paper I ran thru the xyron & then sprinkled with dazzling diamonds. I then punched out the snowflakes & man do they sparkle. His face is SU! Blush Blossom paper punched with the mega scalloped circle punch. Eyes are 1/4 inch SU! circle punch & I sponged Rose Red cheeks on him.

His moustache is from the SU! long big shot die I purchased from SU! I cut the curls off, glued them down & free handed his little nose.

This amazing little container was hand painted by Jenn at just4funcrafts.com. She sprayed the tin with a matte spray to take the sheen off & then painted the tree & gingerbread kids climbing up the tree & peeking out from behind the tree. Inside she put battery operated lights that flash or stay solid. The poinsettia flowers on the top is a new line she is going to carry in her store along with the tins....(shhh...use save5 for a 5% discount) I LOVE this tin...it is too stinkin adorable. Thank you Miss Dove!

Love all the ribbon too. What great friends I have. Hope you all have a Merry Christmas!
